why are tires size 195-60-R16 so hard to find.?

I know around here that 16 inch rims are basically obsolete so that could be why you are having a hard time finding those tires. Have you tried going to a 205 or a 65?

I would say that the availability of the tire depends on the demand, ie the rear tires on a Mercury Marauder were specific to that car only, hence the un-availability of that tire.

man, that's a low profile, skinny, and tall tire, i don't know of anybody who runs something like that these days. maybe you could try something with a 15 inch rim. but i'm sure if you looked around enough you could find a set.

It's the 16 that makes it strNge a 195/60r15 is a very general well stock size but scion had to b different ill prolly have to order a set
