would a toyota IQ be able to get up a steep hill on a motorway or A road?

Default would a toyota IQ be able to get up a steep hill on a motorway or A road?
when i say steep i dont mean a mountatin, but i just know that its got a small engine so im not sure if it wouldnt be able to make it to the top of an average A road/ motorway hill?

Yep, it has a 1 litre engine as so many small cars. If you have a lot of luggage or passengers you might need to drop a gear or two.

what are you going to carry a 2 tonne elephant, then it would struggle.















what do you think a gearbox is for in a car not just to go from 1st gear to top gear.















the whole point of a gearbox is so you change down the gears when either going around tight corners or up big hills as the lower gears allow the engine to propel the car without stalling.















which means you have to travel at a slower speed up hills than you do on the flat and level ground.
