Wow! A 19 years old car with 12K miles, it is hard to prove that it is not driven much or only been driven on city streets. I would say $2-3K depend on the condition of the vehicle, such as paint, dent, oil leak, ect.

if you sell it private its possible you could get 2k for it.
dont sell it to a lot. no matter how good shape a car is, at that age they almost always give you $500 like its a golden rule. then they will turn around and ask 5k.
