Default Leaf spring helpers on 2000 toyota tundra 4.7L?

I got some leaf spring helpers laying around and I plan on putting it on my tundra to reduce axle wrap so i would have to place them on the front of the back axle but i don't know which way it goes on and if it goes above the leaf spring or below the leaf spring. Pictures would help too.

the leaf spring are from napa that cost any where from 20 to 40 dollars.

Ive seen on top and the bottom. There are several types. Search leaf sping helper in google on the images section. I think you will find your type and location of installation.
