The problem is that you're driving a Toyota Innova. But seriously, check the fuse box. there are typically two fuse boxes in Toyotas: one under the hood near the battery and one underneath the dashboard on the left side of the driver's side. These are labeled, but occasionally have confusing abbreviations. The abbreviations and a specific map of the fuses can be found in your owner's manual. If it is a fuse issue, it should be as easy as locating the lights' fuse(s) and replacing them. If it is not a fuse, check with an OBD II scanner or take it in to the dealership to have them check for you.
