Inside handles usually pull a rod than runs to the latch back where the outside handle is. If you can take off the door handles and armrest , you can pull the panel off inside the car. If the rod has come off, you can reattach it . If some other part of the latch is broken, it should be obvious and you can either buy a new one, or get a good one from the auto wreckers. Then replace the panel and all, and brag to your friends.
