if you know what your doing the 7m can make HUGE numbers, torque like a domestic v8 as well, the stock bottom end should be able to hold around 450-500 with a metal head gasket and arp's, after that look into forged pistons then rods, but to get to that lever first thing to do is exhaust, my 91 gained about 40 hp from a turbo back 3" with an apexi can, sounds mean too, look into a bic ddp, after that you will be at about 6-7 psi depending where you started, and spool MUCH sooner, next would be to get a boost controller or shim the wastegate for some more boost, also would be wise to swap it over to intercooler hardlines and a spearco intercooler to take the extra power. with boost and fuel controllers turn the boost up till you start to hit fuel cut, then its time for some 550's, a lex afm, walbro, and fpr, driftmotion(driftmotion.com) sells alot of nice parts for our cars including a custom lex afm, as long as you keep the afr's in check it will be able to make big power, just done go and try to put 12psi to a 200k mile engine, make sure it is in its prime first
