It has come down to two cars that I like and I really cant decide which on I want. So I thought I would see what you thought. I have looked at the consumer reports for both of them. The 4runner has better reports then the Lexus. I don't know which one to pick. They are pretty much that same SUV if you are looking at the specifications but the 4runner is more rugged and the Lexus is more county club.
Neither, you are comparing unreliable junque to unreliable junque so flip a coin. They are both going to make you learn where every mechanic in town lives and unless you want to be branded as BORING don't get either since they are both famous for being BORING cars.
Get American or European for quality and safety, Japanese cars are pretty crappy for the most part.
Both sound like fart cannons instead of cool if modified also.
In my experience Toyota's are uber reliable, and compared to Lexus, way bettter priced. Frankly, Lexus is basically a glorified, over priced Toyota. They don't really retain their value, but I'd rather get a 4Runner.
NEITHER. THese vehicles are death traps and are unsafe. They are not engineered well, not built well, You can put all the bells and whistles on piece of garbage and its still a piece of garbage. Dont believe everything you read. Consumer reports and JD Power has us all brainwashed that these are good vehicles. The media is has a price and toyota paid it. THIS IS A FACT
omg dont listen to all these people talking bad about TOYOTA/LEXUS they just cant handle to see TOYOTA on every corner. TOYOTA is what everybody is driving.
