1st I don't think its possible, its all tied into the wiring harness. 2nd why would you want to? its a very use full safety item.

you cant you have to take it to the dealer so they can hook up the special computer to tap into the customized features of the vehicle such as the beep when you leave th door open and the locking of the doors when you put the shifter in drive or reverse. some vehicle did have a feature on the head light switch but 2000 is to early for that

if your are talking about the headlights . not that the day running lights















then thats easy man















just take the senson off the car.. i think its on the edge of the dashboard check and then tell me if it worked. (: or















The daytime running light relay is located somewhere behind the glove box (my illustration isn't great). The name of it should be formed in the plastic. Find the red wire with a light blue tracer...it should be the only one that color combo. Cut and tape it back. Leave a good inch or so of wire at the relay in case you ever want to reconnect it. That should disable the DRLs.

You can't.































But GM has several models that allow you to do it with the flip of a switch......
