Default Does anyone have a Yaris?
... I have a 2009 Polar White Yaris Sedan.































Anything you have done to yours to make it, less basic?































-I was thinking of chrome door handles.















-I think it would be cool to upgrade the radio/cd player somehow. I just don't want looking too 'techy' for lack of a better word, just more sophisticated and modern with maybe even a gps, not sure though.















-Also I'd like to get new tires soon, with some nice rims, preferably chrome. However with such a tiny car looking at them online doesn't help much since they don't seem to go with the car.































Any advice, suggestions, what you've done for a less luxury, compact vehicle?

The best thing you could do would be to trade it for a Civic or a Fit. Toyota builds some of the most boring vehicles in the world and now we find out that they're not even very well built or safe. As a positive for you, I think the Yaris is the only Toyota that has not yet been recalled. I would recommend an audio upgrade because that is a feature that provides immediate benefits to you. All that exterior upgrade crap is just a waste of money, makes your car more of a theft target, and has zero payback when you decide to trade up to a Honda.

Everthing you have mentioned would make it look really nice. Go for the chrome door handles, audio upgrade, get it tinted the legal limit and it will be a lot more comfortable and stay cooler in the summer. A K&N air filter would also be a good idea.
