The shell dimensions (in this case, 16x7) are only part of the fitment equation.
A 60-series Land Cruiser requires a 6x5.5" bolt pattern.
The backspacing (essentially how much of the rim shell extends inward from the wheel-mounting surface) is also important to know since some aftermarket wheels have too much, causing the rim to rub on the brake caliper. With that wheel, a backspacing of 3.25" to 3.5" should be fine, but it's best to test fit one to be sure.
