Default Is the 2ZZ-GE readily available to import from Japan?
Would it come with a transmission, driveshafts, etc.? How much would it cost? I am from the Philippines, so I really am not certain how much it would cost me. I heard that there are some custom work to be done on the propeller shaft too.

It all depends on what you are buying. If you're just looking for the engine, some shops in Japan should carry it. As for everything else such as transmissions and drive shafts, probably not unless it is specified. Not really sure how much the costs would be, but it probably would cost a good bit of money.

as in used, yes. as in new, no.















the 2zzge is not made anymore. the last was put into a lotus and given to this one guy at toyota corp.
