Can I swap a Mazda Tribute rim with a 235/70R16 with a Toyota Rav4 with 215/70R16 tires?

Then rims seem to match but the Mazda tire looks wider.

Mazda tire should be wider, and will be a little bit taller also, which will throw off your speedometer a few miles per hour. Make sure the bolt pattern fits (length between the bolts across from each other), there are a few different patterns that are pretty common.
