Default Hilux engine conversion.?
What are some engine conversions for 85 hilux d/cab.. 2.4 diesel just dont do it..?? also an aproximate price on a DIY conversion.??















The 2.4 dont have enough power for me.!

hi the 2l is a slugger but honest the cheapest diy would be find a 5l out of a latter hilux they try to locate a tuebo kit from a 2lt which is the 2.4 turbo motor fitted to the hilux surf in japan if unable there is a few company,s that have kits that will fit but cosr will be much higher the next best if you wan,t to stick to diesel is a front cut from a kzn130 3ltr hiux surf with a 1kz that way you will have all wiring and computer but if you change to petrol then you could fit a 22r and turbo that this wiil also fit into the ln series hilux
