Default 1990 camry wagon speakers install.?
Wanted to replace the stock speakers but I've heard its really hard to remove/install front speakers on my 1990 camry. They say its got alot of hidden screws and need to take out the lower dash, has anyone have experience with this? I tune up my own car and i think i'm ok with a wrench, but i rarely do audio tasks.

You can do it. Those may be the 4 inch speakers on a plastic box with a passive radiator diaphragm on it. Those are really great for tiny speakers. There isn't a replacement that fits exactly. If they work without static, I'd keep them. There isn't a huge amount of work getting the replacement done. You just don't have a lot of room for speakers where the front stock speakers are.

Yes most radio sales shops will do it for fifty bucks,
