93 Corolla Fuse Box Issue...maybe?

Default 93 Corolla Fuse Box Issue...maybe?
I have a 93 Toyota Corolla that I just bought. The interior lights are completely out. Dash lights are out, dome light is out, and radio lights are out. I would assume this is possibly related too, but the speedometer doesn't function at all. However, the odometer does.































I found the fuse box behind the battery and all the fuses look fine. I would expect there to be another one somewhere, but I couldn't find it. Does anyone have any idea where it would be?































Other than that, does anyone have any insight on what else it may be? I just guessed fuse since so many things were out. I figured it had to be related...

there is a fuse box also behind the plastic kick trim on the "a" pillar on the right hand side of the car. im in australia and thats where its lokated on our versions of the car
