starting my 2005 avensis?

Default starting my 2005 avensis?
seems to be a fuel thing have to turn the key about three times, but when running its fine?

could be a problem with the spark plugs one might be broken so the cylinder can't fire up. just a simple replacement job with abit of knowledge or take it to a mechanic.
