Blown head gasket. Explain it a little better. Is your engine Turbo or is it non-turbo? Overheating is notorious on these motors regardless if it is turbo or not. I personally own one myself, 1989 Supra Turbo. It's like having a baby, you have to always look at your oil every time you take it out. My guess is that you have a blown head gasket because these motors are known to do that, which causes overheating and low compression, which results in no start-up. Unless you already have it replaced, I don't know. Let me know more about the situation and the gasket before I further my answer. I will edit my answer as soon as you let me in on more information.
EDIT: When was the last time you did an oil change? How many miles ago? My guess is that your car was low on oil, or your oil was bad, and the overheat triggered the oil to burn which might have caused internal damage. Your rods could have bent, or you could have spun a bearing. Were you driving it hard? Also make sure to clean the spark plugs because I don't think they will spark with oil in it. Overheating in a 7MGTE is the main root to all sorts of problems, who knows what could have happened.
