This does not exist and you won't find one.
First you must understand that a Toyota Celica will NEVER be a collectible car. As these cars get old they are sent to the salvage yards where most of them get shredded and recycled.
Each year fewer and fewer of these cars exist.
For the aftermarket is in business to make a profit. TO make a profit they must be able to sell enough of a single part to make it worth their while. It is not profitable to manufacture parts in limited quantities because of limited demand.
Carbon fiber body parts are very labor intense and expensive to make. It is not profitable to make just a few of these parts. If they were to make these parts they would be so expensive that no one would buy them.
However a carbon fiber looking hood would be possible with some creative painting. I sat this done Spike TV Muscle Car program last season. It was on the UFC Barracuda they built. They painted the hood dark silver. Then they laid some of that anti slip material that you would use in a kitchen drawer. They carefully aligned the pattern. Then they sprayed black paint over it. Sort of the same process that they used with the lace designs used on custom cars in the early 1970's. They applied some clear coat over it and the end result looked very much like carbon fiber. It would be worth your wile to practice on a test panel first.
Look below where you can watch the complete episode where they paint the car.
