Toyota is not the only place to complain. Car dealers have to be licensed by the state, keep that in mind if you are not satisfied with what Toyota deals with the problem.















The Toyota site requires a log in to use the complaint system, if you open an account with them you can use that contact method. Near the bottom is a button to e-mail toyota (on the right after FAQ link).

My best answer would be to goggle and find the actual Toyota Home Site for Toyota period then I would find out who the CEO/President is and write my complaint in a letter with details and send it Certified Return Receipt Requested.
