When to buy a corolla?

I am looking to buy a newer corolla, does not have to be new, drive about 30,000+ yearly. Want to get a good deal. Am looking for a 09 with traction control or 2010. The new 2011 come out in December with no real changes. Buying a new car is not a big deal, but in the old days, waiting till the new ones come out would be the advise. What is the advise now. I would be buying for cash. Please only serious replys. Thanks.

i would get a 2009 or 2010 car thats been sitting at the dealership. It will a lot more cheaper than getting a 2011. and 30k (miles?) a year seems like a lot of driving.

I would wait until the 2011 models hit the lots. The dealership will want to clear out any of the older models and should give you the best deal. As you suggested, I would wait until December. There's no big change, so you might as well save the money. It won't matter to you at all in 10 years when you're Corolla is still rolling along!

Certainly not any time soon, they have too many problems as can be seen in this link: http://www.arfc.org/complaints/2010/toyota/corolla

You will see there are 606 complaints for the '10 year model alone and the year isn't even done yet.

I hold off for a few years on a Toyota product.
