how do I level my "91 Toyota pickup?

Default how do I level my "91 Toyota pickup?
My "91 toyota base model pick up is about 1" low on the passengers side...Is there an adjustment I can make to level it? (It's not the tire pressure)

There's an issue with the suspension. My guess is a bad shock absorber or a damaged spring. It's important to get this checked out right away

There are torsion bars under the body that run into the upper control are that you can adjust to raise, level, or lower the front end of the truck. A bad shock can cause a truck to lean to one side, but those models are bad about the control arms rusting (whole chasis really). Check out the control arms first to make sure they arent breaking then shock then torsion bar.
