Default Toyota Tacoma Prerunner 4X4?
Does the pre runner part mean the truck doesnt come in 4X4. I see it with locking differentials but not 4X4 locking differentials. All i see is 2wd with rear locking. Also i have not seen any that are standard all of them seem to be automatic. Can some one shed light on this for me please. Can i find on used with 4x4 locking differentials and possibly in manual drive?

yes, prerunner means 2wd with no 4x4 option (mostly for desert stuff). if you want 4x4 with a 5 speed look at the regular tacomas with the trd off road package
