Default How can I get backfire from my Toyota Glanza?
I don't know a whole load about fuel systems etc, so this might be a stupid question...































How can I get backfire from my 1998 Toyota Glanza 1.3 turbo?































I'm not looking for huge flame-thrower type stuff, more like the anti-lag bang+flash you see on Mitsubishi Evo's etc.































ECU, fuel mapping?















Any help appreciated,

You have to do something to introduce unburned petrol into the exhaust and something to ignite it.















Running unburned petrol through an exhaust system will totally wreck the catalytic converter so it is not really a practical proposition for a road car as it would cause it to fail the emissions test.
