car paint white toyota?

Default car paint white toyota?
i have a white toyota celica 1993 i have washed it and waxed it and it still does not shine what can i do

Your clear coat is worn off. The real fix is to have a body shop repaint it. A cheaper way is to POLISH it (not wax it). Have a professional do it, power tools make it go much faster. Of course it will shine, but you wear away paint in the process and can only do it a couple time before you hit metal.
