Toyota Tacoma making a whistling sound?

Default Toyota Tacoma making a whistling sound?
My friend drives a Toyota Tacoma. When I arrived at the parking lot at school today, it was making this whistle/alarm type sound. We tried opening and closing all the doors, we turned off the headlights manually, we started the truck and turned it off again. What could be causing this? Also, another similar whistle comes on if you set the alarm then open the doors.

What year is the Tacoma?. If it's a newer model, then get it in to a Toyota service shop and have them check it out. Or, feel free to stop by a Toyota dealership and have a salesperson help you out. I have helped out plenty of Toyota customers with various problems with they're cars or trucks. The sales staff doesn't just sell cars at the dealerships, we also like to help people with problems with they're cars if we can. It may just be something simple and easy to fix, it doesn't hurt to ask.

Probably a vacuum leak but Toyota is WONDERFUL so take it to the dealer and if it is something simple they might fix it free.
