They got caught up with the sucess and big $$$ coming in. Toyota used to make the best cars in 80s & 90s. However last few years, they really havent been trying. They put sales ahead of quality. Therefore a lot of problems occured. Its unbelievable at the kind of interior they put in their cars. I had a 95 Toyota and it was really good car with good interior for its time. Fast forward now, I went to go purchase another 2010 Toyota, but after looking at the interior it looked much worse quality than a car that was 15 years old. I then just decided to buy Honda Civic. Even though Toyota has fallen, it is not the worst company out their, but its definitly not the best either. I think in a few years Hyundai will take the spot Toyota used to have during the 90s.
