supercharger vs turbo for 08 corolla?

Default supercharger vs turbo for 08 corolla?
i want want to sup up my car for fun to make it go faster i heard that a supercharger is better or a turbo is better because you get more hp to the car which one is better that gives you more torque and hp















i also have a 2011 5.0 mustang gt and i want to sup my corolla to give it to my girlfriend later on because its easy to drive . please no stupid comments about it just help me out and what kits do i need and where to buy it and who can install it and stuff like that

I wasnt aware they made super chargers for Corollas...I dont think you have a choice in this matter, lol.

So you want to make a easy car to drive a torque steery p.i.t.a? Sell it and get her something respectable if you really want to.

TRD makes one for the 2003-2008 corolla 1zzfe engine. It will still be slow as balls...but it should hold up decently.

You should also consider that such a car may be expensive to insure. Check your insurance rates before buying one, for example here - carinsurance.deep-ice.com

correct trd do make a supercharger kit to suit 1zzfe and 2zzfe fitted to the zze122 and the zze123 with 2zzfe also the zze231 celica the kit gives the car heaps more grunt down low and right up to top end not a big problem with torque steer only grabs when really under snap changes through the gears

The supercharger is 'supposed' to be a bolt on application for the Corolla. Whereas with the turbo kits I've seen, you're looking at bigger injectors, a piggyback ecu, intercooler, getting a base tune, and I'd throw a wideband in there just to make sure I wouldn't go lean and blow something up. The notes on the kits are saying stock will handle 6-8 psi of boost.
