You can, but why? It is a family vehicle, you are better off buying an Avalon with turbo build in.

Yes you can but it's not worth it. You should sell it and find a 4 cylinder Camry of the same vintage with a bad engine. I know that they aren't common since these cars are super reliable but they are out there. Then swap the engine out for a 3S-GTE turbo engine from an MR2 turbo or Celica All Trac turbo into it. It would be cheaper in the long run. Many have done this swap and it will be ready to mod fopr even more power. Adding as turbo to your V6 just wouldn't be worth the money.
