Definatly a corolla. Aside from the fact that focus is a ugly as a girl beaten with a hot bag of nickels it's also impossible to make that car fast. At least the TRD group for toyota makes after market stuff for the corolla

You asked in the Toyota section so many answers will be from Toyota officials, Toyota sales team members and Toyota dealers that all depend on you to buy a Toyota for their income. They will pretend to be just average people answering.































Toyota has more problems than a bear with his nose stuck in the bee hive.































Get the Ford for reliability or the Toyota if you prefer hanging out with the dealers mechanic.































The Toyota people I mentioned hate truth and will be giving me about 10 to 20 thumbs down.......

Either one. Glad you are looking at manual transmissions. A manual transmission is the only thing remotely fun about driving an economy car.

First off, I am no Toyota fanatic and own 3 GM vehicles, including two tweaked crew cab Silverado Duramaxs pushing 450hp+, for those of you whining about people who like their Japanese vehicles and won't look at anything else. From my personal experience, I think the Corolla is a better built, reliable car. I refuse to say it is a peice of junk because my pea brain is programmed to hate Japanese vehicles. Every one has their opinion, and I will not go give people a thumbs down for giving their honest opinion and saying the Focus is a nice car.....

if you're getting the corolla, look for the 05-06 corolla XRS 6-speed manual. once you hit the Lift point at 6800 rpm you'll want more from it.
