No way.















In addition to Kelly's BB, look at Craigslist in you area and others to see what you can get for that price.















Automatically subtract 10% from asking price and try to get it for 20% less.















If possible, buy from a first owner or at least from someone who has owned it for years.















Get Carfax or Auto Check for a month or so while you car shop.

No, I have seen nicer Toyota Avalons at that price but additionally please keep in mind that particular Camry Body Style (1998-2002) is like 2 generations old and thus should not be in demand and therefore more supply at lower prices. I would simply continue to window shop and recommend you visit CARMAX on-line or even EBAY Motors and then sort by distance closest.
