It depends on what you're using your truck for. A daily driver? A "SEMA" show truck
or off roader? Before taking anyone's advice on such an important component, check
with afterfmarket dealers who speacilize in suspension alterations.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. In any vehicle over 30 years old, there
are a lot of components you need to pre-check before making major suspension changes
such as new leaf springs. Probably all the "professional advice" you get will be free,
and if the first answer seems "iffy", get a second or third opinion.
