Aristo ECU and wire harness problems.....?

Default Aristo ECU and wire harness problems.....?
ok....got the engine swap and found that theres no E10 connector on the wire harness only E9 and freeken big gray connector. its not ripped out or disconnected its just simply not there!!! WTH!!!! i went over to the junk yard and found the E9 connector from NA SC300, so i got that. so now i still dont know where the E9 goes to? Does it go to big gray connector?? do i have to trace every wire from the motor and connect/re-pin every wire?? PLEASE HELP. Thank you very much and God bless
