My Toyota Rav4 Navigation system, is telling me that the dvd cover is open.?

Default My Toyota Rav4 Navigation system, is telling me that the dvd cover is open.?
It says dvd cover is open, please close and perform operation again, the manual says to push the eject button across however the eject button does not move. The screen is displaying this message and i can not put the map on, please help me close the dvd cover or troubleshoot this problem.















i cant find where you put dvd's in, is it the same place as the cd's, if so i have ejcted this and nothing in there. Also i suspect the dvd is in there, as there is an empty cover in the glove box, sorry just bought the car.















: it does not play regular dvds, just the navigation system map.
