toyota lucida sounds like stater motor problem?

Default toyota lucida sounds like stater motor problem?
well toyota lucida problem again battery fully charged and a brand new starter motor on but its still making that clicking when the engine is trying to ignite (the clicking that sounds like a starter motor fail) please help what could it be?















updated found out it wasnt the starter motor it was the ring gear gone itll cost about £500 to fix thankyou for your answer tho and hope this helps anyone out in the future lol

Have you looked at the main earth lead between the engine and the battery? I've had this problem and it turned out to be rust between the earth and the engine block.
