exhaust tips aren't going to make your car louder, they're for show only. if you want an actual exhaust system, you're going to be paying at least $300 or more. you can always get a fart cannon from a muffler shop, but they usually run at least $200 and will end up making your car sound hollow and weak.
if i were you, i'd look into a cold air intake instead. go to K&N, they make them for just about any car on the road, it should cost you a little under $200. basically, it will give your car a deeper and throatier sound compared to the high-pitched weed wacker note. honestly, i see people driving Civics and a variety of four-bangers all the time, putting an exhaust on these cars does not make them sound good at all. it's a waste of money considering that it's only good for about a 5hp gain. the intake will give you about the same power increase, but it will give you a much different sound.
