It's called an interior roll bar (as in a car's interior. part of the roll cage. but this car doesn't have one in that pic or it's well concealed)
A "roll bar" also refers to a "sway bar" and this part bolts to the suspension. So if you start looking around and say "I'm looking for a roll bar, how much are they?" The person on the other end may think that you're looking for a sway bar and you want that bar (an interior roll bar) that is part of a roll cage.
That's probably a special order item and comes as part of a kit. I wouldn't know who makes it.
