23.5 hours every single day.































They're given a half hour to use the bathroom and eat 1 cup of rice. If they're not done in 30 minutes, they're beaten by Mr. Akio Toyoda.

It depends on where the plant is and how strong demand is for Toyota cars. In recent years, hours have been reduced because of the global financial crisis. In Japan, there have been cases where Toyota employees have worked extremely long hours with one employee working 106 hours of overtime in a month but hours in western factories are less.
