Default reasons not to get a prius?
I'm 15, and my dad's subaru outback broke down after 10 years and he's looking at a new car. He's thinking a bout getting a prius, and I really don't want him to. What can I tell him, and what are some better cars he can buy? I looked at the 2011 ford focus and it looks pretty nice.

The car has a hard enviornmental impact because making the batteries is caustic and lots of fumes are released in the process. And Toyota is one of the most bland automakers today, but thats just what I think.

Prius are slowly replace by improved electrics cars.































Tell you dad if he would a bought the first 3D screen that came out..... No ... why..... overpriced and reliability unproven

Dont get a Prius get a Camry. or if your looking for a nice car get a Camero or a idk.. subaru sti

Those old Subaru's were great... too bad the new ones don't last that long.































I would go with the Prius as it will last longer and is proven to be very reliable. But can't knock Ford, they are the #1 American car manufacturer. but still the Focus is new and unproven.
