Yes. As long as it's the same size rim. All that really matters is the rim size. The first number is the width of the tire and the second number is percent of the width to calculate the height from the outside of the rim to the outside of the tire.
So say you have a 200/50-16 that means the width of the tire is 200 millimeters and the height is 100 millimeters with a 16 inch rim.
So to answer your question, yes 245/75's will fit on that rim.
