Can't say for sure since you didn't post your engine type, but gaining BHP is not cheap, especially for under $200.

Short and sweet: You can't.

Not for $200.

You can't make much of a change in the exhaust sound at the muffler tip... unless you mash it nearly flat.

Uneducated messing with the exhaust system of the computer controlled engines is a sure-fire way to cause a lot of engine and catalytic converter damage.

Spend those 200 dollars on mechanics classes or education. Then you won't go and mess up your car.

30-50 is almost impossible for under 1000. If you want to change how your vehicle sounds you have to change the muffler. NOT THE TIP. If you want to gain speed you can redo your gear ratios at some shop for around 400 but youll lose mpg and mess with your diagnostics.

Also its a off road vehicle... not a race car. If you want fast get something else.

changing tip will add nothing but looks.

as for hp, $200 will net you somewhere between 5-15 hp only. that's just for adding an aftermarket intake or a free flow filter(K&N, AFE etc). to make it "feel like" you have added hp, gut out the interior(seats, carpet, jack etc.). taking weight off on a car is free to some degree, but can be a safety hazard. acceleration will be more quicker.
