It could be a few things. One thing to check for is tire wear in the front. If one of your front tires is worn more than the others this does happen. I had this happen to me 2 summers ago on my 2003 Impala where one tire was around 4/32 and the other was at 6/32 and at highway speeds the car shook and drove horrible, as soon as I replaced those tires, no more problems. So if your front tires are unevenly worn, replace them (if you want you can put the back two up front if they are good and keep the crappy ones in back). It could be something that is loose in the front end. Maybe when you got your tires balanced the people did it wrong, thus you lost a wheel weight, or they put the weight's on wrong.
As far as alignment, that has nothing to do with shaking from my experience. All you experience when your car is out of alignment is pulling to the right or left.
