Where is defroster in 2005 Camry?

Is there just one defroster in 2005 Camry? I am new to driving and couldn't drive well in a cold night as all interiors got frosted and visibility dropped so low that I had to pull over to manually wipe the front from all the windows' insides. There are also 5 modes in a circle around the car defroster that indicate how air circulates e.g. air blower on feet only, on chest only, on feet and chest and a couple more - which of them should I choose and how should my A/C/heater work to avoid this frost inside my car.

Most important you must turn the outside fresh recirculation air "ON" so you get outside air. There is usually a little symbol that shows airflow coming in. The recirculation control usually has a little circle or something. Then turn the temperature setting to HOT and the vent position knob to the farthest symbol that looks like a windshield. You need outside air to drive out the moisture from your breath (or your damp hair from your shower). The recirculation mode (no outside air) should only be used on the hottest days when air conditioning. Also - when you turn the knob to the windshield symbol it should run the a/c a little bit just to take humidity out of the air too.

Turn the air onto the windshield with heat and the air conditioner on. The air conditioner will condense the moisture and keep it from collecting on the glass. If you open the window that will let windows de-fog quickly. While you sit in the driveway, study the controls so you know how to use them as you drive. Also the owner's manual will tell you how to do all this.
