Wow. I haven't seen that question in quite some time. The thing about converting an NA 7M to carburetors is that the engine itself sits great with EFI and EFI has been shown to be better, plus... so FEW people have made this leap it hasn't even been well documented to make a suitable writeup.
The 7M already has a distributor so in theory it shouldn't be insanely difficult... you'll have to figure out how to advance your ignition timing without the help of the ECU which will need some sort of digital ignition wired to your rpm sensor OR run a vacuum advance distributor OR make some control module to handle to stock distributor. If you don't want to do that, you can always try to run with ITB's. That's all I can think of at the moment.
*The rest of us will simply tell you to save the time and effort by going turbo 7M or swapped.
