Lower the engine/tranny combo closer to the ground if it's still hanging on your picker. Pop off the tranny bolts and store them away. Check engagement of the fork/ through the "windows" + pull it out if you haven't. Through the service window, turn the crank pully slowly and undo the bolts to release the tension. Slide the clutch cover + disc forward from the flywheel, prep the remove the tranny. Get a rubber mallet plus something like a large prybar and "tap" each side to slowly pry the tranny away from the engine. Get a good gap and you can use the rubber mallet to pop the tranny off the engine, voila.
