Default toyota corolla ae86 info?
id like to know if parts are easy to find and if they are cheap... and other stuff that i should know about this car.

Lots and lots of work. Parts are easy to find and cheap, but takes quite a bit of work. I would recommend this as a second car.

ok here i go ..















for one it is really hard to find parts as in the motors and trans. but after market parts are endless and cheap like really cheap i was going to trade my 87 supra for on but the transmission was sliping on the ae86 and so i looked everywhere to find one and there was only one on ebay..(pretty sad) and these cars are rare (im in texas and it is hard to find i dont know about other places) they are really lite and are drift kings of basically any car once tuned right ( with a good driver) there are two kinds the gt-s and the sr-5 you can get either a hatch or trunk. rear wheel drive cars you can get either a 5 speed manual tranny or a 4 speed auto (dont go with auto please) and also go with the gt-s and not the sr-5 the gt-s has more horse and the 4AGE i think is injected and i dont think the sr-5 is, i believe it is carburated and if you plan to drift make sure you get coilover (lower is better ;] ) and make sure you get a torqued limit slip differential (LSD )

If you want a cool drift car find an old El Camino and hog all of the bragging rights, parts aplenty and easy to work on.































Don't waste your time with the AE86s, what few were made have already been cannibalized for the parts and shredded by now.
