And what brand makes the best blades?

Check alldata.com. And it depends on where you live. If there is no snow, then id recommend Bosh frameless wipers. They are a tad pricey but they are worth it. If you live somewhere with snow, do NOT get frameless wiper blades. They suck ass, trust me i can't tell you how many people came back to my shop asking for new wipers because they f'd up their frameless ones in the snow.
