You can reduce the load on the alternator, and thus the battery, by using a large capacitor - at least 2 Farads, based on the size of your system, across the power inputs. You also need to check the draw on the battery when the ignition is off. The amplifiers are powered directly from the battery, but the power is controlled by a relay that's usually wired into the head unit or the vehicle's accessory circuit. If the amplifiers are not powering down when the ignition is off, you need to get the system rewired.
