I have a 1990 Celica with starter issues, help plz.?
I'm replacing the starter on my 1990 Celica. Its a 1.6L, obviously 4 cylinder. I removed both bolts, the wire that directly connects the battery to the starter and the solenoid wire. nothing else is attached to it and its stuck like the bolts are still on. Its behind and partially underneath my intake manifold with a slew of wires and hoses surrounding it, so its hard to get a good look at the starter as a whole, so as to get a good idea of everything thats going on around it. I threw on some penetrating fluid on where the starter meets the fly wheel and still nothing. I need recommendations on how others have handled similar situations in the past.
