Default Looking for Offroad/On-road tires for 2005 Limited 4WD 4runner, Any suggestions?
I want a tire that has somewhat of a smooth ride, but that can handle off roading well. I've been looking at Bridgestone Dueler a/t revo 2's, Nitto Terra Grapplers, Goodyear Wrangler Dura Tracs or Silent Armors, and Michelin LTX A/T 2. Any suggestions? factory size is 265/65-17.

i had a set of bridgestone dueller a/t revos on my jeep and they were an awesome tire i would reccomend them to anyone































they handle good offroad and have excellent on road manners

I have the Revo's also, this is my second 4Runner with them and wont buy any other tire.

forget bridgestones I had one blow up on me at 75 mph they only had10k miles on them, if you want to do it right get some bfg all terains they're quite, good in the snow, good off road, stay away from the mtr's unless you spend more time in the dirt than on the road, and mtr's suck in the snow your better off with a pair of slicks. Ive got mtr's on my Land Cruiser

Looks like you got all the usuall suspects. I might suggest BF Goodrich Rugged Trails. Might save you a few $$. BFG is owned by Michelin and is making good tires at a few less $.
